It's a map to reflect the regional mood of the country (UK) updating in real time using twitter posts.

Great exposure for BUPA and it gets better... you can even generate code to embed the map on your own site. Should be interesting to see what happens the next time the Volcanic Ash Cloud attacks the UK and grounds all air traffic!
